Stand with feet together, hands in a prayer position.
Inhale and stretch arms backward.
Exhale, bend forward, and touch toes.
Inhale, step one leg back, look up.
Step the other leg back, keep body straight.
Exhale, lower knees, chest, and chin to the floor.
Inhale, lift chest up, arching back.
Exhale, lift hips up, forming an inverted "V" shape.
Inhale, bring the opposite leg forward.
Exhale, bring both feet together and bend forward.
Inhale, stretch arms backward.
Exhale, return to the starting position.
